I know you're not here for pictures of babies! You're here for fashion! So back to our regularly scheduled programming.
I was laughing as I was writing out these outfit details because nearly every piece is either a gift or borrowed from my boyfriend Art! "Borrowed" being a very loose term, I have definitely stolen this shirt from him for the Summer. It's very reminiscent of my other favorite striped button-up, but I dunno, maybe more serious? I'm 28 now!
Like a total dream boyfriend, Art picked out a bunch of new stuff for me for my birthday (ok ok, in a tone of desperation, I think I gave the hint at one point that all I wanted for my birthday was NEWCLOTHES, this dang no buy!) And guess what? He reads this blog, and picked these J.Crew Point Sur Crops straight off of my Spring Wishlist (basically.) These are absolutely my new favorite pants and are going everywhere I go this Summer. Also they are surprisingly flattering on my very short legs! Would recommend them completely and even buy them in another color if, you know, I was doing that sort of thing.
This outfit felt real nice for a Friday bopping around LA (I wrote a lot more about this trip here.) Before meeting my friend Jacqui + fam for lunch, we skipped over to Atwater Village for coffee and to find a birthday gift for Milo. I had never heard of Atwater Village before but absolutely loved it! These were taken in a neighborhood right off of the "village" main shopping strip (I'm assuming) and omg those succulent gardens. They just don't grow like that in Nashville.
